Embrace Managed Care Companions (MCCs) provide “hands-on” in-home care to seniors based on individual care plans developed by our Care Managers. Our Care Managers are Social Workers and Registered Nurses, with between 10-25 years of professional experience. Embrace’s Managed Home Care focuses on improving quality of life, increasing independence, and finding ways to bring purpose and meaning into your loved one’s life.

Managed Care Companions

All of our MCCs have one thing in common, a passion for caring for seniors in our communities. Each MCC goes through a thorough orientation, including aging-specific issues. The caregivers are provided with a detailed client care plan before being asked to care for your loved one. We trust our staff implicitly.
